We’ve decided that offering fresh brewed, drip coffee and steeped coffee is the best thing since the coffee maker, but better. After seeing many guests at weddings, and parties alike, get discouraged by the poor offering of coffee that is left sitting in some plastic container for hours, we opted for a different approach…  by brewing it on the spot! We took the apporach by storm by bringing the coffeehouse to you.

We offer a Medium or a Bold roast of coffee, fresh brewed in front of your guests and ready in minutes – impressive?  An ‘around the world’ offering of loose leaf teas just adds to the service and is always perfect for weddings and social events.  Event add this service to the bar for your favorite after dinner hotcocktail, you know, Kalhuas, Frangelico, Bailey’s – the perfect combo with our coffee.  Keeping it cool? Offer fresh drip brewed Iced Coffee or steeped Iced Tea to the menu.  We always strive to bring you the best.  We’re here for you!

Venue

One of the common mistakes that many brides make is to fall in love with a venue that is way too large and will force you to use their in house bartenders and caterers. Keep your venue scaled to your head count. Paying for a larger venue than what is needed is a huge waste of money. The venue cannot rent out other parts of the building because technically it is just reserved for you. This creates a tremendous amount of wasted space and wasted money for square footage that was not used.  Also, being able to hire your own bartenders and caters allow more flexibility for your budget.  Choose a non-traditional venue by taking a look around your community and see what it may have to offer. Is there a community center or a park that may be able to accommodate the style and guest count of your wedding? Using a non-traditional venue is a great way to save money for your wedding. Look away from the popular hotel or country club weddings, as well as away from the big city. The outskirts offer some amazing venues on beautiful property at MUCH cheaper rates.

Dates and Times

Chose an off-peak wedding season by having your wedding from mid-September to mid-April.  Pick any day but Saturday!  Perhaps opt for a Friday or a Sunday wedding where halls are not as quite booked

Consider having a an Afternoon wedding, morning weddings are much more casual, just have a smaller ceremony and reception with light brunch/lunch foods and great conversation. Epitome Bartending can serve your signature drinks such as , the Mimosa, Fuzzy Navel, Bellini, Amaretto Sour,  Wine Spritzer. Light White wines go perfect with any Brunch or Lunch Wedding menu.

Bar

ALWAYS HAVE A BARTENDER! Even if your wedding reception site and your caterer allow you to handle the bar any way you wish, you’ll want to hire a bartender. A bartender will save you money by pouring appropriate size drinks, and save you headaches by not serving underage or already drunk guests. Offer Bride & Groom Signature Drinks, during the cocktail hour. After the cocktail hour is finished,   During Dinner, close the bar, and have us serve wine tableside.

For example if only hosted beer, wine and soft drinks are offered until after dinner you are establishing a consumption trend for the lower cost per portion selections. If mixed drinks are added to the hosted beverage selections after dinner many people will not switch to mixed drinks and will continue to consume the lower cost per portion beer and wine selections. Those who do actually switch to mixed drinks will usually consume less mixed drinks overall.

You can also save money by offering champagne from the bar area during the initial reception period (where there are other beverage selections available) rather than serving via butler passing. If given an option, many people will order an alternative to champagne at the bar area and you will save the labor expense of butler passing as well!
